Returns

You can return any product within 14 days of the delivery date. Fill in the online Return Form and call DHL to request a pick-up. For more details, read our return policy.

If it is contaminated with dirt or dust, lightly brush it with a soft brush and apply a leather-only cleaner to a soft cloth to remove it.

If it is scratched or contaminated, apply shoe polish that matches the color of the leather to manage it.

When not worn, put newspaper or soft paper inside the shoe to keep it in shape, so it can be maintained for a long time.

The material is not water-repellent or processed. It is vulnerable to moisture (water, rain/snow, sweat), so special finishing treatment using waterproof spray is recommended before use. After treatment, continue to use the spray to maintain the protective film.

If exposed to moisture, lightly remove moisture from the outside with a soft, dry cloth (white) while filling the inside with wetlands to fix the shape, and dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated environment.
