All orders are shipped on working days. If you order on a weekend, a holiday or out of work hours, your order will be shipped on the following working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment.

At Reike Nen, we aim to provide you with high-quality women's accessories and footwear. However, we understand that there may be instances where you want to return or exchange your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or altered in any way.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed the receipt of the item. Reike Nen will not be liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment and will exclude the original shipping fee.
Exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. All shipping fees in the exchanges process If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Please note that we do not accept online purchases for exchanges or returns in physical stores or any of our retail partners.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
SALES AND PROMOTIONS:
Items bought during sales or promotions (including outlet) can only be exchanged for another item or online credit within 14 days but not refunded. Online credit cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point.
Discounted products can only be exchanged once, honoring the discount of the original order.
Returns can only be sent back with labels issued by our store. Returns arriving into our warehouse with third-party shipping companies will not be accepted.

Items purchased at during sample sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Online credit cannot be applied towards any sample sale purchase.
Ensure that the item being returned is in an unworn condition with all tags and labels attached (Specifically there must be no marks on the soles or upper materials).
Returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in a reasonable condition and without postal labels. Damages to the box or omission of the box from your return/exchange will result in additional fees.
